Principals of DMB Realty Network developed innovative strategies and tactics to introduce affluent buyers - both local and out of state - to Las Campanas and the Santa Fe community. Their established processes and unique initiatives are considered industry standards today. As a result, Las Campanas sales exceeded $150 million in just the first two selling seasons. Whisper Rock - Scottsdale, Arizona
With assistance from DMB Realty Network principals, Whisper Rock saw in excess of $28 million in sales on the opening weekend, and the 62 custom home sites in phase one sold out in six weeks. The second property release sold out 80% of inventory with sales in excess of $32 million. Whisper Rock is an 800-acre community developed by Grayhawk Development, featuring a Phil Mickelson and Tom Fazio golf course.
Stone Canyon Club - Tucson, Arizona
With involvement from DMB Realty Network principals, the developers of Stone Canyon Club saw more than $23 million in revenue for custom home site sales during the first six months. The conversion of reservations to closed sales was 92%. Stone Canyon Club is a 1,400-acre community developed by Stone Canyon, LLC
Verrado - Buckeye, Arizona
As a partner in the sales of this master-planned residential community, the DMB Realty Network team sold through each release of the offerings by the developer - introducing and incorporating the concept of centralized selling, allowing the builder’s production homes to be sold in tandem with the custom offerings. This successful “Parallel Selling Process” introduced buyer prospects to a thorough, lifestyle-based buying experience which rapidly converted to hundreds of new home owners. Verrado’s mix of diverse yet connected neighborhoods make up this 8,800-acre community located in the foothills of the White Tank Mountains west of Phoenix.
Superstition Mountain - Superstition (Mesa), AZ
The development and implementation program established with DMB Realty Network principals resulted in early sales momentum, which provided an early project peak when sales exceeded $16 million. This 870-acre community east of Phoenix was developed by the Lyle Anderson Companies and features two Nicklaus golf courses.
Red Ledges - Heber Valley, Utah
Commencing Summer 2010, the developers of Red Ledges, a private golf and four-season recreational community located just minutes from Park City, Utah, initiated a partnership with DMB Realty Network to enhance and expand its sales and marketing efforts.
The Red Ledges community more than 1,200 homes among 2,000-acres includes a variety of residential homesites as well as custom home and resale homes. DMB Realty Network was retained in early 2010 by the developers of Whitetail Club in McCall, Idaho to lead the community's real estate sales and marketing programs.

Over the last decade, DMB Realty Network has maintained more than an 85% market share within the Forest Highlands community and has closed more than $350 million in sales. Glenwild served as one of the initial partnerships between DMB Realty Network principals and DMB Associates. This private golf community of less than 200 homes was developed by Grayhawk/DMB Park City, LLC, a Utah limited liability company, which is an affiliate of Grayhawk Development and DMB Associates. Torreon - White Mountains, Arizona
The principals of DMB Realty Network were essential in setting the stage for over $32 million in sales in just 24 months in this highly desirable community. Torreon is a 1,400-acre community developed by Desert Troon Companies, featuring equestrian facilities, a children’s clubhouse, fly-fishing and golf by Robert Von Hagge.
Hassayampa - Prescott, Arizona
DMB Realty Network principals were responsible for all facets of the marketing and sales efforts, including vertical product. With their guidance, sales excelled with 200 custom home sites sold, representing $45 million in a period of 30 months. This 500-acre community developed by the Desert Troon Companies, features a Weiskopf signature golf course.
Sandstone American Ranch - Castle Rock, Colorado
Consulting on this project, currently in the pre-launch phase, created an opportunity for DMB Realty Network to advise and assist the developer on all aspects of the project's launch processes from sales objectives, talent and marketing strategies/tactics. This 2,000-acre ranch community bordering Pike National Forest was developed by M3 Companies with architect Kirk Mason. The Sandstone American Ranch community consists of 106 custom home sites (35 equestrian and 71 non-equestrian) currently priced from $800,000 to $2 million.
Tehãma - Carmel, California
Led by Clint Eastwood, the developers of Tehama have created a sanctuary of 90 homesites priced from $2.5 million to $6.25 million high atop the Monterey Peninsula. More than 85% of its 2,000 acres has honorably been preserved as natural open space. DMB Realty Network principals have been instrumental in crafting and initiating the sales and marketing process since 2002 - total sales exceed more than $50 million through 2008.
Santaluz - San Diego, California
Santaluz sales activity opened during one of the most turbulent markets in recent history - fall of 2001, yet the DMB Realty Network sales team was able to produce sales in excess of $280 million from 2001 through 2005, which included 307 home sites. After the community was completely sold out, DMB Realty Network resale efforts exceeded $60 million thru 2008. Located adjacent to Rancho Santa Fe, this 4,000-acre coastal golf community features a Rees Jones Championship Golf Course. Santaluz was developed by DMB Associates and Taylor Woodrow Homes.
Covenant Hills - Mission Viejo, California
With the support of the DMB Realty Network team, the first launch of 33 home sites was a 100% sellout, representing over $37 million in sales. In 2007, 15 home sites sold totaling $16.1 million in sales. Located within Ladera Ranch in Orange County and developed by the Rancho Mission Viejo Company and DMB Associates, Covenant Hills is a custom enclave of home sites and custom homes on 260 acres.
Monterra - Monterey, California
The DMB Realty Network team initiated sales within this community in October 2003, resulting in $17 million in sales. Cumulative sales through the summer of 2006 totaled $57 million. Developed by the Mills Brothers, the private community of Monterra provides sweeping views of the Monterey Peninsula and 170 custom home sites within 1,700 acres.
Skywater Over Horseshoe Bay - Austin, Texas
The DMB Realty Network sales team represented 84 custom home sites and sales that exceeded $22 million in 2007, the first year of launch. Skywater Over Horseshoe Bay is a 1,600-acre residential golf community in the Texas Hill Country. The community will be committed to sustainability, and has plans for dozens of energy and environmentally focused features.
Whitetail - McCall, Idaho
Whitetail is a sporting lodge community designed with European traditions offering over 200 resort homesites. Located on Payette Lake, Whitetail includes a private 18-hole golf course designed by Andy North, private marina, boat dock, Whitetail Club & Resort, fitness center and spa. Over $25 million was sold in a single year at Whitetail.
The Crossing at Willow Bay - Sandpoint, Idaho
Crossing Development, Inc. created this collection of less than 100 waterfront, water view and wooded homesites, plus a limited series of lake-cabin homes. Gracefully set on 180-acres, this community on the shores of the Pend Oreille offers private moorage and yacht club benefits at its newly completed clubhouse. More than half of the phase one homesite release is sold within this waterfront community.
Artesana Rosewood Residences - San Miguel de Allende, Mexico
DMB Realty Network is managing all aspects of the sales and marketing process for developer, Bald Mountain de Mexico newest project within the historic heart of downtown San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.
