Since 2002, Mike has been a sales associate with the Silverleaf team and has sold over $100 million in properties. Licensed in 1997, he began a development career in a marketing and membership capacity for the Lyle Anderson Companies and a Sales associate for Superstition Mountain Golf community producing $60 million in sales. Prior to entering real estate, he was captain of University of Minnesota golf team and also worked in Marketing & Public Relations for the Minnesota Vikings.
As a founding member of the Silverleaf executive sales team, Cindy has consistently been a top producer and has served as both associate and designated broker for this billion dollar team. In recent years, she created a resale strategy that has been responsible for over 90% of all resale activity in the Silverleaf community. Cindy joined DMB Realty Network as part of the original DC Ranch sales team, where her direct participation in the early development and planning of this community was instrumental in the successful sales of over 400 custom home sites.
Julie's area of expertise is in the luxury second homes and land within the prestigious golf communities of North Scottsdale. Having specialized in this market for 25 years, Julie has amassed valuable connections throughout the Valley and built a highly successful business which produces average annual sales of $20 million.
Laura has been a part of the DMB Realty Network Silverleaf sales team since 2003. She serves as the team's built product specialist where she consults and advises among community builders, the developer and the real estate community. Her knowledge and sound judgment of construction design and product viability within the luxury home marketplace is invaluable and she often parlays this expertise to consult for DMB Realty Network on all aspects of built product evaluation from floor plans and finishes to buyer preferences. Previously, she worked for the Lyle Anderson Companies' prestigious Desert Mountain community for over seven years as an agent liaison, serving as the go between for agents and builders regarding all new home products.
As Senior Sales Associate and member of DMB Realty Network since 2004, Mike has been an integral part of the management and sales of both the Silverleaf and DC Ranch teams. He currently manages the Silverleaf sales team, which saw an average of $2.5 million in deal closings every ten days throughout the first half of 2009. His previous experience in real estate sales throughout the southwest and west includes sales at Superstition Mountain and sales team management at various high-end projects.
Cammy joined DMB Realty Network in 2001and currently serves as the Associate Broker and Branch Manger for DMB Realty Network Forest Highlands in Northern Arizona. She is involved with all aspects of this multi million dollar business, and her team continues to maintain more than 85% market share on all Forest Highlands community transactions for nearly a decade. Previously, Cammy owned a Property Management company that managed high end, second homes in Deer Valley and Park City, Utah.
Todd has several years of sales and executive management experience with DMB Realty Network and is currently part of the highly successful Silverleaf sales team, personally responsible for over $100 million in luxury property sales. In years prior, he served as the Sales and Marketing Director for DMB Associates' premier Hawaii project Kukui ‘ula, where under his leadership, the team recorded 125 reservations within a 48 hour timeframe at an average price of $1.5 million. Todd has served as Sales Manager for Colorado-based luxury ranch developments Marabou in Steamboat Springs, and Sandstone American Ranch. He has also worked as a top-performing sales agent for Superstition Mountain and Realty Executives.

Shawn has been the highest producing agent in the DMB Realty Network in Northern Arizona since joining the team at Forest Highlands just three years ago. His career started in 1989 as a Golf Professional, and he later joined the successful team at Desert Mountain in North Scottsdale where he worked for 9 years. Later, he accepted an opportunity as the General Manager of one of Northern Arizona's newest luxury golf communities.

Theresa Barber has been selling Luxury Real Estate in North Scottsdale since 1983 and has been the cornerstone of the DMB Realty sales team within DC Ranch since 1998.
