Don Kent: CEO and President

Don Kent

Don is the Chief Executive Officer and President of DMB Realty Network. In addition to his corporate leadership capabilities, Don develops strategic sales and marketing plans for clients, and takes direct involvement in the implementation of these strategies. He has assembled a team of talented resources within the company’s network to provide creative intelligence on all stages of business growth, from the inception of sales and market plans, through development and building phases, to the all important closing of sales transactions. He has been in executive leadership for over three decades, with both public and private companies. Having formed his own company in 1995, Don has provided high-performance marketing and sales for top community developers such as DMB Associates, Lyle Anderson Companies, JELD-WEN, Rancho Mission Viejo, and Taylor Woodrow. He has managed billion dollar brokerages and implemented client acquisition strategies resulting in more than $1.4 billion in annual business transactions.

Julie M. Kent: Executive Vice President

Julie is the Executive Vice President of DMB Realty Network. She enhances the company’s brand image, sets standards for corporate communications internally and throughout DMB Realty Network’s client base. Julie has owned and operated a production company for over 25 years focusing on eMedia, internet-based and HDTV state of the art sales and marketing tools whose clients include Fortune 500 companies as well as several internationally based firms. Julie’s recognition as one of the top entrepreneurs in the United States has brought invaluable business knowledge to the DMB Realty Network Executive team and their clients.

Carine Girardin: Vice President Operations

Carine is the Vice President Operations for DMB Realty Network. She is responsible for the sales processes as well as the operations and effectiveness of all policy and procedures for both DMB Realty Network and their clients. She manages the technology and new business set up, the recruiting and training of the sales force, initiates the legal and escrow efficiencies, and is the developer liaison for all aspects of the operation. Carine has worked for over 20 years with CRM system implementation, developed and facilitated sales training and new retail store set up for luxury clientele such as Neiman Marcus.

Angelina Kirkpatrick: Vice President of International Sales

Angelina is the Vice President of International Sales for DMB Realty Network and DMB Realty Network, S.de R.L. de C.V. As the developer’s partner, she manages all field resources for sales and marketing. Her on the ground involvement connects the performance of the sales teams to the developer’s sales goals. Her 30 years of experience as a broker agent, as well as prior ownership of her sales and marketing company, has added to her capability to manage veteran sales agents in upscale markets. Angelina’s expansive background in builder sales from the inception of floor plans to the presentation of product offerings gives a developer/builder the advantage of creating options and diversity with a vision of how the products will be sold. Her past experience with The Irvine Company, Warmington Homes, and DMB Realty Network’s client base, gives Angelina a client perspective that adds value to every phase of a project’s development.

Andrew Dodgen: Vice President of Business Development

Andrew is the Vice President of Business Development for DMB Realty Network. He is responsible for enhancing DMB Realty Network’s client relationships primarily through assisting developers with their equity, investment and financing needs. In his prior role as CFO for DMB Realty, Andrew negotiated terms with major lending institutions in the creation of buyer financing options, as well as growth capital for expansion. He has raised investment funding for several companies including a multi-national whose main operations are in Sonora, Mexico. He was responsible for the creation, merger or acquisition of Exeter Life Science’s main subsidiaries and the purchase of several key biotechnology patents that enhanced the value to its shareholders. Andrew was the Director of Finance for The Circle K Corporation where he was involved in acquisitions with a market value in excess of $1 billion, domestic securities offerings of $500 million and international private placements of $200 million.

Bonnie Ligouri: Regional Vice President

Bonnie is the Arizona Regional Sales Executive for DMB Realty Network. In addition to her success as a broker agent, she provides more than 20 years experience as a business executive, selling and developing technology for the hospitality industry. As a crucial partner to operational efforts, Bonnie combines her intricate understanding of technology with her sales successes to oversee dynamic IT Strategies for DMB Realty Network and its clients. She is a vital resource in implementing user friendly CRM, providing feedback to management, as well as facilitating client relationships for the sales executives. Bonnie is also responsible for successful sales and marketing contributions to several DMB communities, including Forest Highlands, DC Ranch, Silverleaf and Verrado.

Stacie Bates: Controller

Stacie is the Controller for DMB Realty Network. She is responsible for all accounting functions of the company from cash management, forecasting, monthly financial statements and analysis to the day to day accounting operations of managing the general ledger, accounts payables, accounts receivables, and supervision of payroll and the processing of commissions. Stacie has been working in the accounting field since 1995 and in the Real Estate industry since 2003. She has 7 years of experience in the Manufacturing industry. Stacie has worked for 3 companies from their startup and was responsible for implementing their accounting systems and policies and procedures.
